I do promise one thing…it’s got a different look than my last two classes, it’s totally my style, and is inspired by three things I love in my life!!

I love clean and simple cake design, its the one class that I have watched several times! I’m hoping that your next class might cover novelty/children’s cakes because your children’s cakes are always stunning, glorious colours and so much fun!

Hmmm…I’m thinking more panel applications, modeling chocolate or rice paper flowers and something maybe to honor your mum…goodness me oh my I can’t wait girl…I was so excited…in a previous post here on the blog you made mention of a 3rd course I was like “did I hear you say 3rd class lolol”.
